Mr Genting

On arrival to KL for our holiday we tossed up between genting highlands theme park and the Sunway lagoon theme park, unfortunately we made the bad decision of going to genting highlands. The park was so run down, the rides are crap (the pirate train AKA the ghost train was just a dark tunnel with paintings on the wall nothing like a usual ghost type train. The Flyer coaster (Spiderman one) which cost an extra 10RM was filthy and smelt of stale sweat! Which then lingered on our clothing for the rest of the day? They def needs to be more under cover areas as it seems to me it would rain their everyday. The Bathrooms were absolutely putrid; both in the casino and the theme park.
The eateries have lack of choice and are of high price! 

the casino was ok. If you are a non smoker and don't like to be around it I would not recommend going there as it was a ball of smoke. Didn’t bother me overly much but some people it might. 

I would def not recommend to go to this heap of junk place and waste your money. We were excited to go to this place but were extremely disappointed that we wasted half of our day there. We didn't even bother going to look at the snow world and the indoor theme park as we did not want to waste any more of our time. 

I am sure the hotel there would be in bad condition as well going by the theme park.
Don't believe the photo's you see, making it look all nice and new like as it is nothing like it, absolute disgusting place.
Although the drive there was a nice scenery drive that was the highlight of our trip to Genting!
